Design of plastic installations
We provide comprehensive executive design, post-assembly documentation (Red Correx) and as-built documentation for a complete technological pipeline system with the necessary elements.
Design of glass fiber reinforced pipelines
We design and implement industrial installations made of glass fiber reinforced plastics (GRP). We offer full support at every stage - from dismantling existing installations, through their production and construction, supervision and start-up, to providing as-built documentation. We take care of cost optimization and environmental aspects.
When designing pipelines, we use modern tools, such as AutoPipe Advanced Perpetual for static and dynamic calculations and OpenPlant Modeler V8i for 3D modeling and isometric drawings. We support clients in selecting pipeline supports and optimal materials.
As a general contractor, we ensure compliance of installations with the requirements of standards. We categorize installations and, if necessary, conduct certification with a notified body such as the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT). We have experience in implementing installations for hazardous and aggressive media, used, among others, in the energy, chemical, water and waste incineration industries.
Preparation and approval of documentation
We create a control and testing plan (CIP), a detailed work schedule, as well as various reports and documents related to the commissioning of the installations we perform. We create all plans with your safety and comfort in mind.
General contracting
We comprehensively prepare and approve the documentation necessary for the implementation of the investment. As a general contractor, we take full responsibility for completing all formalities, relieving the investor and ensuring the smooth running of the entire process.
Production and assembly of industrial installations
We manufacture and assemble industrial installations, including pipelines, gas pipelines and devices made of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GRP) and thermoplastic materials such as PP, PVC, PVDF, ECTFE, FEP or PFA. We also assemble pipelines made of thermoplastic materials such as PE, PP, PVC and PVDF.
We also comprehensively assemble installation equipment, including pumps, fans, fittings and steel structures. Each project is subject to rigorous tests, trials and technical acceptance, which guarantees the highest quality and safety of the implemented investments.
