Data processing policy at Plast Instal SKB Sp. z o.o.
Pursuant to Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 and Article 14 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we hereby inform you about the manner and purpose in which we process your personal data, as well as about your rights under the GDPR:
§1. The controller of personal data processed via the website https://plastinstal-skb.net.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is PLAST INSTAL SKB sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Radomsko (97-500 Radomsko) at ul. Sucharskiego 49, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Łódź - Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000871955, NIP: 7722405595, REGON: 360733011 (hereinafter referred to as "PLAST INSTAL SKB" or "Data Controller").
§2. We inform you that a Personal Data Protection Inspector has been appointed in PLAST INSTAL SKB. All information related to the processing of personal data and the rights of data subjects in connection with the processing of data by PLAST INSTAL SKB can be obtained by sending an e-mail with a query to the following address: rodo-plastinstal@skb.net.pl
§3. Using the Service, the Data Administrator processes the following personal data of users:
- in order to provide and browse the Service, including the use of necessary cookies: IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, information on cookies, information about the Internet service provider, information about the time and date, location, time of visit, number of visits, individual views, source of the visit, in the case of browsing the website via mobile devices - identification data of the device, Internet service operator, subscriber.
- in order to provide a registration or contact form and to fulfill queries sent via them: in addition to the data listed above, also the name and surname, e-mail address and phone number.
§4. Personal data collected via the Service are processed by PLAST INSTAL SKB on the basis of:
- Art. 6 sec. 1 letter (a) of the GDPR, i.e. the consent of the data subject – data processing is necessary for the use of cookies, with the exception of essential cookies and for the implementation of warranty service and quote inquiries submitted via the application form provided via the Service;
- Art. 6 sec. 1 letter (b) of the GDPR, i.e. for the implementation of contractual requirements – data processing is necessary for the provision and browsing of the Service, including the use of essential cookies and the implementation of inquiries submitted in connection with the implementation of contracts that have been concluded or are to be concluded with PLAST INSTAL SKB;
- Art. 6 sec. 1 letter (f) of the GDPR, i.e. for the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller – data processing is necessary to secure the special interest of the Data Controller consisting in particular in: improving the quality of services, adapting them to the services of users, increasing the efficiency of the website, ensuring the security of the website, pursuing possible claims.
§5. Personal data collected via the Service will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes expressly indicated in point 3 above, but no longer than for the period required by law or until the expiry of any potential claims, including claims resulting from the implementation of agreements concluded with PLAST INSTAL SKB.
§6. Providing personal data by users is voluntary, but necessary to use the Service and the services offered via it. PLAST INSTAL SKB obtains personal data directly from the user, via the Service by visiting it and tracking the user's activity on the Service. If the User does not accept the provisions of this Policy, please do not use the Service any longer and leave the website https://plastinstal-skb.net.pl.
§7. Personal data collected via the Service may be made available to other recipients, such as business partners and entities processing personal data on behalf of the Data Controller and other entities participating in the process of organizing the Administrator's business activity, such as suppliers of IT systems with whom the Controller cooperates and other entities authorized under the terms of the law. The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected information to competent authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
§8. Personal data collected for the purpose of providing and browsing the Service may be transferred to the USA due to the use of Google Analytics by the Service. Currently, the USA does not provide an adequate level of protection of personal data due to the lack of legally binding decisions of the European Commission (including the loss of Privacy Shield) regarding the determination of an adequate level of protection of personal data, and PLAST INSTAL SKB does not provide adequate safeguards specified in art. 46 of the GDPR, including not entering into standard contractual clauses with the recipient of the data.
Cookies Policy
§1. What are "cookies"?
"Cookies" should be understood as text files stored in end-user devices, intended for convenient use of websites. The aforementioned devices may include, among others, desktop computers, laptops or mobile devices usually equipped with a web browser. "Cookies" files allow the user's device to be recognized and the website to be displayed appropriately, adjusted to their individual preferences. "Cookies" usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end-user device and a unique number.
§2. What are cookies used for?
"Cookies" files are used, among others, to adjust the content of websites to the user's preferences and to optimize the use of websites. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics that help understand how the user uses websites, which allows for the improvement of their structure and content, excluding the personal identification of the user.
§3. The plastinstal-skb.net.pl website saves cookies on the computers of users visiting it.
The following types of cookies are used within the Service:
- "essential" cookies, enabling the use of services available within the Service, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Service;
- cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuses in the scope of authentication within the Service; "performance" cookies, enabling anonymous collection of information on the manner of using the Service's web pages;
- "functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, appearance of the website, etc.
